Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account on the Naked as Created (NAC) community platform at nac.social, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Who May Use NAC
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or participate in the NAC community. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Membership is extended by invitation or application and may be revoked at any time at the discretion of the community owner or administrators.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify an administrator immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate another person, or transfer your account to someone else.
4. Content You Post
You retain ownership of content you post to NAC. By posting, you grant the community a limited license to display that content to other members within the platform.
You are solely responsible for what you post. You agree not to post content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Sexualizes or exploits minors in any way
- Constitutes harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any person
- Contains malware, spam, or deceptive links
- Violates the privacy of others (e.g., sharing someone's personal information without consent)
- Is shared outside NAC without the original poster's explicit permission
5. Community Standards
Our Community Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violation of the guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform — at the discretion of the administration.
NAC is a private, faith-based community. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose presence or conduct conflicts with our community values — even in the absence of a specific rule violation.
6. Platform Availability
We operate NAC as a self-hosted service and make reasonable efforts to keep it available. However, we provide no uptime guarantees. The platform may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or any other reason without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
NAC is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the community administrators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, unauthorized access to your account, or actions taken by other members.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting an administrator. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends immediately.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced in the community.
